Canyon Vista is looking for a Math Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year!
Canyon Vista is officially closed for the summer. We will reopen Monday, July 6th at 8:00 AM. We hope our Mustangs are having a great summer.
Congratulations to the Canyon Vista Middle School Honors Orchestra on earning 3rd Place in the State in the TMEA Honor String Orchestra Competition! This prestigious recognition highlights the orchestra's exceptional musicianship, dedication, and hard work. The TMEA Honor Orchestra process celebrates outstanding orchestra programs across Texas through a rigorous, multi-level evaluation of recorded performances. We are incredibly proud of our students and directors for this outstanding achievement!

An amazing group of staff, educators, scholars and community members gathered to review demographic, programming, student performance and perception data/documents to help drive change decisions. Canyon Vista Middle is hiring!
Round Rock ISD students will need to take home their district-issued Chromebook over the summer. All students’ Classlink and Google accounts will remain available over the summer break.
If you are a graduating senior, please return your device and charger to your school’s ITS before graduation.
Students participating in the district-provided summer learning programs will need to bring their Chromebooks with them each day.

We are excited to celebrate our amazing 8th-grade scholars on their final day as CVMS students! Please review the important information below to help the day run smoothly.
📅 Date: May 21, 2026
⏰ Ceremony Times:
9:30 AM Ceremony – Students assigned to 1st Advisory
12:30 PM Ceremony – Students assigned to 2nd Advisory
This ceremony will recognize promotion to high school for all 8th-grade students.
Students and parents will attend the ceremony based on their advisory class.
